If you need to manage or talk out your anxiety, depression or any mental illness please download this app. This is probably one of the best self care apps I have. I use it all the time to manage my anxiety and depression. I keep a journal with my moods and when I go to therapy I can show my therapist. We can track trends, my triggers, and things that improve or deteriorate my mood. Truly this is indispensable for me. When I feel down or horrible it asks me how I am at set times so I can check in. It has resources and phone numbers for instant help if you're at the breaking point, and customizable journal labels to track your mood. Please, get this if you need to vent, or just keep any journal. It's print protected. It's wonderful. Thanks dev.
