Helpful App – Fast FODMAP Lookup & Learn Review

This is very helpful in navigating a new world of sensitivities I’m experiencing while recovering from c. diff. I just wish there were a little more explanation about the way the food rating system works. It was a little confusing the first time I used it. Otherwise, indispensable tool!
