An effective app for all users – DealerSocket Sales Review

I am a HUGE fan of the DealerSocket mobile app. I know some people think it’s just for sales people, but it’s a whole lot more. Yes, your sales staff can securely scan a license and log a new customer in 10 seconds, and yes they can see and follow up with any deals they are working, and they can also send personalized videos to customers as well as texts that are all stored in the history, but it’s also a great way for managers to get a high level view of what’s going on. The Sales Dashboard section literally gives you every piece of information you need from all new internet leads to appointments for that day and emails that have been sent by the sales people. You can even drill down into that information to get as granular as you want to and find opportunities to teach your sales people how to be more effective and really manage them in a better way. Honestly it’s the best CRM app out there by far. I don’t know why some people low ball it with the ratings. It’s just like any other technology in any industry, it may give you a glitch or two but, overall I’m very satisfied with it and I’d recommend it to any manager.
