Basic App is Straight forward – Start Stretching Review

Stretching has not been my highest priority even though I’m pretty active. The older I get, the longer recovery time becomes. This app has made it easy to make short stretching session a daily (or 2x daily) activity. Good starting point. Only thing that could be added is a description of which muscles are being stretched. This helps you know if you’re in the correct position.
