Short, sweet, perfect for quick morning wake-uproutine – Start Stretching Review

This app is good if you are a beginner or just want some foundational stretches you can do to get your day started. I like it because it can be done quickly. I like the 7 minute workout each day before jumping in the shower as a wake-up / keep the body strong in the basics. This stretch routine is like that in my mind.... something you can do for a few minutes daily.... just to stay limber with the basics throughout your life.
