Horrible Service – JD Sports Review

I had made a purchase and decided I wanted to cancel the order before it ships, so I contacted customer service and they told me that they “process the order immediately and ship it out” which is ridiculous because the item hasn’t even been shipped yet, so now I have to wait for the item to be delivered and then ship it back, which I also have to pay for the shipping to return it, horrible service with stupid excuse to not cancel and order, DO NOT USE THIS APP
