I had made a purchase and decided I wanted to cancel the order before it ships, so I contacted customer service and they told me that they “process the order immediately and ship it out” which is ridiculous because the item hasn’t even been shipped yet, so now I have to wait for the item to be delivered and then ship it back, which I also have to pay for the shipping to return it, horrible service with stupid excuse to not cancel and order, DO NOT USE THIS APP

To all people outside UK especially people from gulf countries stay away from this website they don’t respect customer they will let you wait for two weeks then they will cancel your order and let you wait for two another weeks to give your money back

For some reason the JD doesn’t load anything when I download it or reinstall it. It used to work perfectly, but it’s been over a month now. Dissatisfied with that app.
