Shipped order to Ireland instead is USA – JD Sports Review

I placed an order to delivered to the United States. It was somehow accidentally shipped to Ireland and therefore never delivered to me. I had even paid the United States shipping charge and yet they somehow still screwed it up. Bad customer service and never received my order. Only found out I wasn't getting it when I emailed asking why it hadn't shown up yet. They told me I had already been reimbursed which was true, but on the product, not for shipping. Also now that I am trying to sign back in to replace and order it does not recognize my password and won't let me reset the password even though I have tried over 10 times. Very disappointing as the seemed like a jewel where I was able to find a jersey I couldn't find anywhere else. But overall very poor experience with this company.
