Terribly designed app and claims system. – MiWay Insurance Ltd Review

This app is meant to make submitting a claim easy. It does the opposite. Took hours to log in. Only primary members can claim. They don’t tell you this before you register a new account. If you need a new password the OTP system is wrought with errors and “try again later” reports. When submitting a claim: the map system or gps pin does not allow you to drop a pin, which means accident location has to be on google maps. Progress for submitting claims is not saved. When you click “back” for example all painfully submitted info is lost, you have to start again. Claim process is full of highly irrelevant questions, such as “details and dates of claims for the last 3 years.” Imagine being on the side of the road trying to answer that one. As if they don’t have all your claims on record too. Oh yeh, remember, can’t leave it blank otherwise sometimes you can’t progress to next info. If you do progress you and want to go back you have to start again. The app hasn’t changed in years. I submitted a claim 2 years ago, with the same issues. For a company that makes their mission about making your life easy, this shows a total lack of effort, and willingness to make changes to accommodate the consumer. Infuriating. Update your app.
