Used to love it. Now not so much.... – FreshDirect: Grocery Delivery Review
Oct 2018. I used to love FD and their app - so much I renewer the annual free delivery subscription option. Something has changed in the past few months. I’m having lots of difficulty putting items into my basket, and they removed the direct access to a customer service phone rep. You now have to say you’re having a delivery problem or have a problem with the order to received to speak with a real person. So frustrating all around.
