Don’t use Fresh Direct ever – FreshDirect: Grocery Delivery Review

I’ve used every delivery app and service there is — Amazon, Peapod, Instacart, etc. FreshDirect is the worst. It’s a shame because they have some good items and decent produce. But the app is awful, just by far the worst. They also don’t have notifications (which everyone needs) to tell you you have an hour or so to amend your order before it is final. The customer service is by far the worst. Everything about it is terrible and you will deeply regret ever using them. I tried it for 3 months on a promo and will never use it again. Awful. I keep getting lured back by promo coupons and regret it every time.
