The worst delivery service

I live in an apartment building, all other delivery services like postmates, doordash, grubhub can deliver to my door without request, but Gesoo makes me feel like they are doing me a huge favor to deliver to my door, and some of the drivers are so rude, never use Gesoo again
Great delivery, good stuff, but terrible customer support

I would have given this app a five-Star review, if not for its (very unprofessional) customer support. The wechat customer support at gesoo66 promised to give coupons “tomorrow” (forwhich my orders are qualified) more than a week ago and haven’t done so. Didn’t respond to my multiple inquiries either over this whole week. I understand this COVID-19 period might be difficult for everyone but this is totally unacceptable and highly unbefitting. To developer, please kindly improve the quality of your customer support staff, and I will be more than happy to give this app a five-star review because in general it has made my life much more convenient.
Goood Chinese food delivery for Chinese Community

I am a definitely a fan for Gesoo. Starting use it from 2016, like 3 days a week. Basically, good service for most of the orders. I still remember the last order I placed last week. It was raining day. I laid down on my sofa and placed an order with Gesoo. I thought they gonna take 2 hrs maybe 3 for this one because it’s raining heavily. I am living in downtown LA. It’s hard to find any parking. However, just 45 mins -‘I got my order. that is amazing. I give the guy extra 30% tips.

I wonder if I can rate a 0 star. The delivery guy won’t deliver the food to you. They will call you to pick up. If you don’t get their call, you will miss your food and pay for that all by yourself. The customer service will said that’s all your fault!

Customer service seems zero. Food is good, but the delivery fee is really expensive for students who want to eat Chinese food. Sometimes, food is late delivery because nobody piked up your food. And food is cold. No one could be complained.

7:30下单，driver 9:00取到单没有直接送过来，反而开去反方向20mile的地方，10:30都没有送到，食物都放了1个半小时还能吃？收了块20刀的运费加服务费就这么送餐？
乱收费！一定一定要小心！

我使用这个app点了后总价显示包括所有费用，但实际收取却是另外一个更高的金额，还刷了两笔钱，打电话给我客服态度也是非常不负责，没解释原有，就说“就是这样的，餐厅收取费用，和app显示费用不一样”wtf！！！那我付的服务费和小费还有税，还需要再付餐厅的任性费？还是app的使用费？多收我10美金这个钱是怎么回事？给谁的，干什么的？wthhhhhh！reported！
