Worst service and company ever – Gesoo Review

This app and company started really strong. Affordable delivery with great timing. Loved the choices offered for the Chinese community. My family is a frequent user of this app. Then it fell apart. Drivers are rude and customer service is irresponsible. Deliveries are never on time. Takes 4 freaking hours to deliver order and we are within 5 miles of the restaurant. Then it got worse. An order on Saturday at 5PM, again for a restaurant within 5 miles, can only be delivered the following day at noon. RIDICULOUS! I do not see a reason for this to exist anymore. This app is now deleted. Go with postmate, doordash, or ubereat. A little more expensive but at least they deliver your meal.
