The best – HealthWatch 360 Review

I use this to track my macro and micro nutrients. I’ll check my macros (protein, carbs, fat) to see how I’m doing then adjust the contents of my next meal if needed. Same goes for micro nutrients (calcium, potassium, etc.) I really like that the app makes it easy to see where your nutrients came from with just a tap. You can also tap to see how to get more of a particular nutrient. Potassium has been my biggest challenge. I eat a plant based diet so all of the other nutrients come easy.
