Horrible – DoorDash - Food Delivery Review

Door dash advertises delivery within 45 mins. Placed an order and delivery said 41-51 mins. Tracker stayed at 41-51 mins for 40 mins and then jumped to 46-56 mins after already waiting 40 mins. Used chat to cancel my order with door dash. Had to fight with the agent to cancel my order and get a refund. Door dash would not credit my account with $14 worth of credits I lost due to the order that was canceled. I had to fight with door dash to get my refund and my credits refunded. Customers should not have to fight with door dash to get what is rightfully theirs. Can’t believe you have to fight with door dash to get your money and credits back.
