Too few complaint choices, status doesn’t update properly – NYC 311 Review

Despite the fact that it is many years old, there are still a tiny proportion of things one may complain about through the app (compared to the main website). Also, updates for some complaints go months without being updated of their status (despite “refreshing” the page).
