Excellent – C25K® 5K Run Trainer & Coach Review

I went from getting winded going up the stairs to running my first 5k with my mom. The first two weeks were the hardest, but after that, I started seeing results and I was sold. Turns out I actually enjoy running - might go through the 10k trainer next!
