I can’t do mobile deposits – Green Dot - Mobile Banking Review

I have deposited over $150 in my account and met all requirements to do mobile deposit and it keeps saying we need to get to know alittle more about you to do the mobile deposit for a check. I called you guys and they told me I should be able it and now all of a sudden they tell me there’s an error on my app and technical support was going to call me and has yet to do so I don’t understand what’s the problem with you guys
