Unacceptable – Dexcom Follow Review

It is unacceptable that an application that is used to alert people to a medical emergency is not up to date with IOS and working at all times. If this were a third party app, it would be understandable, but it is not. This is part of Dexcom’s advertised product line. As it is, I miss alerts for my daughters nighttime lows all the time. I set an alarm on the clock to wake up and check only to find that the app has failed again. We pay too much money to Dexcom for them to not deliver a working, up to date product.
