Keeps crashing and freezing up – Cricut Design Space Review

Every single project I work on, something goes wrong with it. The app will either completely shut off, of course in the middle of a cut, or it freezes up to the point I have to delete it and redownload it. Talked to customer service for them to not be helpful at all!
