Resizes Uploaded Files – Cricut Design Space Review

I recently purchased printable planner stickers from an Etsy shop. In order to use the stickers in my planner the images must maintain their original size. Every time I upload the images into Design Space the dimensions of the image are resized to a ridiculously larger size. This happens every time I try to upload a .svg, .png, and .jpg. I contacted Cricut and spoke to Rohit KH who said it was the purchased Etsy file and not Design Space. Determined to prove it was the Design Space software (iPad and PC) I used Photoshop and Illustrator to create and upload my own original images into Design Space. My original images were also resized when uploaded to Design Space. The “dimensions” of the picture were changed such that you can’t resize the image once it’s in Design Space and get the original dimensions (just in case anyone who reads this thinks this is a solution). The dimensions varied greatly from the original image even after using Design Space to resize the image. After wasting several hours adjusting an image thinking I could get the original dimensions spot on, I quit, because I couldn’t. I will update this review if this problem is fixed. In the meantime if you plan on cutting dimension specific images, I suggest you NOT use Cricut Design Space.
