Horrible – GoPass Review
I had the app and all my info and pre purchased tickets for the week and after the update it’s gone, I get notified that I have tickets waiting to be used but they aren’t in my wallet and my “stored payment” is never stored and I always have to pay with an “unstored card” even tho I select to store my card EVERY TIME. I have about $30 of tickets I can not retrieve and no help getting them. Anytime I do a trip planner it says there aren’t any trains or buses in the time I need yet once I get to the train it’s there and I have to guess the times. As if dealing with cranky dart employees isn’t bad enough now we have to pay for tickets on a crap app too
