First workout is TOUGH – C25K® 5K Run Trainer & Coach Review

I vowed that if I ever hit 200 pounds I would start making some changes and I started using this app to do so. On my first day I had to take a break after the second minute of running because I sounded like I was dying. I just finished my second day and I completed the whole workout by doing about 40 seconds running each time and skipping 2 runs. Progress! I will definitely keep at it, but I didn’t expect to not be able to finish Day 1 yet.
