Promo codes are a bluff – Safeway: Grocery Deliveries Review

I have been receiving emails with promo codes to try their online delivery service. After months of ignoring the email, I finally decided to give it a try. The promo code never work. After taking the time to add everything to cart.. the app always stop working or hang when I try to apply the promo code. It’s the same whether I’m using the mobile app or on my laptop. Why bother bother giving our promo codes if it doesn’t work??!
