Horrible app with Bankers hours customer service reps!!! – Neat ® Review

I have been a long time Neat Receipts customer but I’m fed up with their ridiculously absurd customer service hours. You can never get someone on the weekend. Their new ‘app’ is subpar! They should’ve stuck with the old scanner way of storing receipts! They are not equipped to work in the iCloud app service!!!
