Super Novice Beginner Here – C25K® 5K Run Trainer & Coach Review
This app is awesome. I am only on my fourth day of running but I am loving every minute of it (once the workout is so over, usually, haha...)!
Tips for others pondering this app:
Do every other day.
Swallow any bugs that fly into your open, heaving mouth (extra protein!)
Do not eat tacos de carnitas before your workout.
And remember what the app will tell you:
“You may be slow but you are faster than everyone still on the couch!”
