Not letting me go in my account no more – Instagram Review

Been trying for days and they not yet responded and every time I log in my account I have this problem and error that it doesn’t submit a request I don’t know what does that mean but Instagram has no way to contact them plus if you report it, Its like other reports and they don’t contact you. When I use the login link from my email it also says submit a request still. The only way I was able to use is to safari but it doesn’t give me dm’s nor anything like the app itself. I just want my account back and I have no other by getting back because Instagram has no other way to contact only by report a problem and other stuff. Please help.
