No longer can open and close door – Craftsman Smart Garage Door Opener Review

Anytime I try to open the door, it comes up saying it opening and then says stopped with an error. When I try to close it (because it opened fully) it comes up with an error of too many failed attempts. Something is going on with this service. I’ve had my garage opened once not by me, and I have no idea why. Also I still do NOT get the garage door opened Notifcation. Only the closed notification. Please advise what the problem is and fix these issues!
