Maybe use it before you ship it – Deezer nextbike Review

This app was never great but it didn’t used to be this bad. If you have trouble renting a bike when scanning the QR code, force quit. Actually, before doing anything with this app, force quit first. I’m not joking. If you submit a trouble ticket to support, maybe it got sent. Maybe not. Whatever. There’s no feedback. Is suggest sending it at least three times to be sure. It’s so sad that a great service is undermined by a development team that is so incompetent, sloppy, and lazy they don’t even bother to use their own app before submitting it to the App Store. There is no way someone who actually used this app could hit submit with a clear conscious.
