With the Deezer nextbike Berlin app you’ve got it all in one: manage your customer account, redeem vouchers, give us a feedback or contact our customer service. See the closest available bike around and easily rent it by entering the bike number or scanning the QR-code and typing the received lock code into the BikeComputer. Return the bike only via the BikeComputer. For an extra 0,50€ you can return it flexibly at any public street within the S-Bahn-circle.

Charged me over $80 multiple times

This is a horror story. We rented their bikes for a few hours and returned them. We also took photos of the bike’s returned status light. Yet their app charged us about 85 dollars 6 times. I tweeted to their tech support and emailed them but there was no return. Working with my credit card to file these charges as fraude and at least get part of my money back.

This is a scam. Do NOT download this app. Like other reviewers I got charged exactly 6 times - for over 367$ in total. I’m working with my credit card company to dispute those charges right now. Please please please don’t think it’s not going to happen to you. That was my reasoning when I downloaded it. Only thing I got from deezer bike is that I’ve lost money and nerves.

The app is broken making it unable to rent a bike. When I signed up I couldn’t get past the payment screen. It’s incredibly frustrating. Customer Service was of no help.

This app was never great but it didn’t used to be this bad. If you have trouble renting a bike when scanning the QR code, force quit. Actually, before doing anything with this app, force quit first. I’m not joking. If you submit a trouble ticket to support, maybe it got sent. Maybe not. Whatever. There’s no feedback. Is suggest sending it at least three times to be sure. It’s so sad that a great service is undermined by a development team that is so incompetent, sloppy, and lazy they don’t even bother to use their own app before submitting it to the App Store. There is no way someone who actually used this app could hit submit with a clear conscious.

It won’t let me log In When I hit forgot pin it won’t send me a new one I can’t re register because my number is already registered There is no way to get help in the app I have the same results in the nextbike app AND the nextbike deeper app Try Mobike instead. It works properly.
