App is good but food is always late & cold – DoorDash - Food Delivery Review

I’ve ordered 3 times from 3 different restaurants - each time food has been late & food has been cold. Last time 1.5 Hour late - driver picked up food & made stops no where near my house. Not sure how routing works w this app, but this business model is not compatible w delivering fresh edible food.
