Sick and tired – Instagram Review

Utterly frustrated at this app… My Instagram stories is constantly on the fray. I do not have the gif option, I do not have the updated slider option, and anytime it seems they do an update for all of us as users – my app account never seems to update or function as it should. I have reached out a number of times to the app support team and no one has ever responded to me to help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times as well and that does not help. As one of the worlds most popular applications, they are lacking in customer Svc and support.
