Wish I had never gotten Vivint – Vivint Classic Review

It doesn’t matter if the app works or not when none of the rest of the alarm system does. To bad I’m locked into a contract. December 1st 2019 I’ll be dropping them. I’ve had nothing but issues. As I type this my doorbell and den cameras are off line again. Livingroom motion sensor isn’t working. Shop door sensor isn’t working and I can’t get the driveway camera to record anything smaller than my truck. I hate it. If you call customer support you will be fixing the issue yourself over the phone for well over an hour. If you want a tech get ready to pay for one and monthly because thats how often you’ll need one.
