Billing – My Sprint Mobile Review

View/Save PDF for bills function only allows for viewing. Cannot save as pdf or email. There isn’t such option. Access through phone internet is as useless. Saving bill as pdf can only be done through regular pc or laptop. As it is, I have to use Comcast internet to watch my anime or Netflix. Making a payment is another joke. Can’t do past balances. I know this, because of a financial situation I had in 2016, and for what I hear at work, remains the same in 2018. I am concerned about this, as I added a plan for $13 and got bill $80 instead. As it is now, I won’t be having a connection this month. Will have to call tomorrow; as it’s late and chat was good for phone number. Well over $200 for a phone service I am REQUIRED to constantly ##update” and use Comcast’s internet even to play apps at times ? what happened!!!!??? ? ?
