Downgraded experience – Beat Passenger: Find your ride Review

The app does no longer allow you to call the driver via phone line but instead via internet. As a result the connection with the driver is not always possible due to huge delays in voip.The maps do not properly show where you are as a customer. Every time the driver stops at least 100 meters away from the place I am. Finally you cannot rate with less than 5 any driver without providing a reason. This is unacceptable as the related reason is not always there and there is no space to provide “other”.
