Service use to be better – My Sprint Mobile Review

I have been with sprint for more then 12 years but the service has definitely gone downhill. I use to get a great rate and for some strange reason that To has disappeared. When I call sprint to ask where my loyalty rate went they would just tell me they can not figure out what I am talking about. Well today I will make it clear on what I am talking about I am searching for a better deal and if not with sprint then with someone else. Your company use to really be for the people but now you are just about the money. I am so sorry that it has come to this but the folks on the other end of the phone act as if I am asking for to much. I am spending my money and you should be giving me more then a hard way to go.
