Overcharged in fees/taxes – My Sprint Mobile Review

Despite the numerous calls, we have not received a credit towards our account. Each representative has agreed and promised they would resolve our issue. If we are late on a payment, Sprint has no problem calling and sending texts to remind or inform us of an interruption. We have been customers for over ten years! We have been searching for another provider. We are holding out to avoid losing out on money we’ve overpaid in taxes and fees. We have made payments only to avoid interruption or even worse our credit being affected.
