Customer service – My Sprint Mobile Review

By far the worst experience I’ve EVER had dealing with a cell phone company. I’ve sold phones for almost every carrier and know how the business works. Two different supervisors specifically told me not to pay my bill because when my credits kicked in I would be positive $79.42. I didn’t pay them and all of a sudden instead of being the positive $79.42 I get a bill saying I owe them almost $400. I called probably 15 times trying to deal with this and was literally hung up on by 7 different agents who just didn’t want to deal with the situation. I tried chatting on a number of different occasions. I even wrote everything down with reference and confirmation numbers. They just beat you down until you have no fight or time left in you and have to pay whatever the hell they say. I wish so bad I could just cancel and give everything back but then I’d be stuck owing for all the devices. DO NOT EVER GO WITH SPRINT!!!
