Sprint made a mistake on my billing and even after numerous hours on the phone, a 2.5 hour trip to a corporate store, my bills and my bank statements all showing I paid this phone, they refuse to adjust the bill.... any company even straight talk is a better choice! AND I’ve been a customer for 18 years and the mistake is clearly theirs
18 payments on a phone that was paid off in 24 payments on 1 bill... hours and hours on the phone, retention said they see the problem and would adjust it... never happened!
