Lacks customer support – Instagram Review

I’ve love this app and I think it’s platform that creates a space to share artistically, events about your life and even create new friends and maintain old friendships. But when you have problems with this app, there is no responsive customer service that helps. I’ve been messaging the ‘report an problem’ for over two months now and no one has reached out. Disappointing.
