Great way to track food without obsessive over calories! – Ate Food Journal + Photo Diary Review

I really like this app. It is an easy way to track what you eat without having to input/ research specific calories, grams of fat, carbs, etc. I also love the “on path, off path” feature. I can see when I do unnecessary snacking in the day and try to correct those habits. Also, if you forget to take a picture of your food, you can add text.
