Love it – Ate Food Journal + Photo Diary Review

Enjoying using this as a visual food journal. I haven’t found another food journal that doesn’t seem cumbersome. I don’t have time to enter in a million ingredients but by just snapping a pic of my meal I can easy see, portion size, if it was a healthy choice etc. I am definitely more aware of the things I am putting into my body.
