I’ve been playing for several years and very frustrated with what the app has become. Plenty of losing only to be enticed into buying more chips just so you can play. I spent $100 5 weeks ago and have literally been losing ever since. When you can’t afford to buy more you can sit and wait for scatters, but how long is a person expected to do that? Wasting valuable time and money is not the “fun” I’m looking for Jackpot Magic. The last couple of times I’ve had to contact customer service for not being paid on winnings I was only partially compensated, and another time not at all.
