Can’t login - total FAIL - the critics are right – Wendy’s Review

No confirmation email. Called the number you provide for support. Largely clueless rep confirmed my email as pending. Sent confirmation request again. Still waiting. Said she doesn’t understand how “all the tech stuff with the emails works.” Said, “we’ll have to wait for the email.” Also said could be “five or ten minutes.” What are you using? A daily Kron job? I’ll be waiting at McDonald’s.
