Can’t login after update

Can’t login to app after the update. I do not want to create a new account and lose points I’ve already accumulated. Everytime I try to login I get an error: An account could not be created. Please contact customer care. Issue happens both on the app and on the website.

I love Wendy’s, the food and the prices. What I don’t love is this app. No option to use Google Pay or Apple Pay. Also, restaurants need to communicate better with this App. It seems like every time I place an order on this App, the employees look at me like I have 3 heads. Also, this is a major issue. When I place an order to be picked up in Drive-Thru, please don’t ask the Customer to come inside to receive their order. When they insist on that, I kindly tell them to cancel my App order and I will just order at the speaker. Come on Wendy’s. Get it together. If this doesn’t improve, I will just keep going to Chick-Fil-A. I’m so tired of rude employees at restaurants. This is in North Carolina.

New update wiped all my points. Wendy’s customer service is the worst. The contact us is not helpful in any of the 3 methods. No one answers the phone, emails or chat

I had funds in the mobile pay, and it took them and logged me out without letting me spend any. Terrible app

Does not apply offer to my mobile order. Does not find my local store. When it does work, I get my order, and a day later, sends a message saying that my order is still in their cart

I absolutely love this Wendy’s, but sometimes the app won’t locate it. Sometimes the app won’t even open… When it does, it’s really great when it doesn’t, like now, it’s really not great.

Had problems opening app had to reinstall and lost points and no way to contact Wendy Support. Do not answer phone and no one on chat line
