The Sprint Bait & Switch – My Sprint Mobile Review

Was eligible for an upgrade, logged on to the My Sprint app & clicked on the upgrade. Took me to the $20/mo iPhone X offer and after adding it to my cart, Sprint’s we site ‘malfunctioned’. When I called to place the same order the representative informed me that that $20/mo deal is only available when adding a line. Currently trying to decide if it’s time to switch cellular providers.
