Payment – My Sprint Mobile Review

We set up automatic withdrawal then my son starts getting phone calls, not me, and I tried to set up account online and it wouldn’t do it. So I called the store to make payment and they can’t (for some reason) access my account over phone. I’m on vacation and so I won’t be in town til next week. So he said to try the app. I was finally able to make payment. For anyone who thinks why didn’t they just go to a local sprint store. I’m not in an English speaking area and highly doubt they have a sprint store
