Overcharged! Customer support non existent. – ofo — Get there on two wheels Review

Parked the bike at designated area, locked it and closed the app. Two days later opened the app and shocked to see trip still running. Sent an email to support and haven't heard anything after two weeks. No call no mail, nada. Gonna delete this dishonest app and tell everyone I know about this!!
