No customer support – Stitcher for Podcasts Review

When i first got the app, with stitcher premium back in either Sep or Aug, things were great. Loved it. However a few podcasts in my favorites playlist refused to update on my feed to show they had been updated with new episodes. Despite showing proof of this problem via screencap I was told theres nothing they could do because of how rare the problem is. Soonafter i cancelled my stitcher premium but resubscribed beginning of Feb. Despite being charged and their system showing me having premium status, the app itself refuses to recognize the status. Ive been waiting for about a week for a response. I think im going back to itunes podcast app...
