Why am I seeing ads all of a sudden? – Stitcher for Podcasts Review

I tried stitcher because I just can’t stand Apple podcasts anymore. The app takes some getting used to which I'm fine with. What I'm not OK with is that all of a sudden I'm getting ads! Don't know how to remove them. They are annoying and constant.
